This science-based proprietary methodology covers all areas of physical, mental, and emotional health together as a unified engine. This strategic framework has been curated from a 360-degree range of evidence-based scientific research and practices from our global network of doctors, wellness professionals, elite athletes, and highly-qualified psychologists to equip you with the necessary skills, tools, and foundational system to promote mental resilience, peak performance, individual potential, and an exceptional quality of life.
Methodology
The methodology is designed with a progressive framework towards the 3 Main Stages of “Breakthrough in Action”
Stage 0: Introduction to Self Awareness
Stage 1: Self-Sustainable Resilience
Stage 2: Empowerment through Lifestyle
Stage 3: Enlightenment through Purpose Driven Living
During the 10 sessions of this introductory course, you will have the opportunity to interact with our founder, Ms. Elle Adda, to experience various fundamental health and wellness techniques along with your personalized interventions that you can adopt to improve your overall state of well-being. Elle will guide you in a shared experience covering positive psychology, mindfulness, fitness, mobility, nutrition, performance optimization, creative therapy, social accountability, community engagement, and more.
Upon completion of this entry-level program, participants will be eligible to progress to the 3 main stages of Breakthrough in Action.
Introductory Stage 0: Course Objectives
During these 10 sessions of Introduction to Self-Awareness, we will share with you various science-based techniques that will help you deepen your personal self- knowledge, and understanding. We will provide you with the fundamental framework for sustainable lifestyle transformation, impacting your overall health and well-being.
Breakthrough in Action will lead you and your community in a series of physical activities and positive psychological interventions- all of which are designed to overcome mental unrest and promote peace of mind well as a healthy, active, and fulfilling lifestyle.
This introductory course will cover three unified key pillars of the practice:
BREAKTHROUGH: We will begin to address and navigate around mental roadblocks by breaking through self-limiting beliefs and creating a fundamental positive shift in our mindset.
ACTION: Together, we will create a strong foundation of healthy habits by developing your personal game plan and arsenal of physical and mindful practices.
COMMUNITY: In addition, we will build your personal community accountability and support system by connecting you to your team of like-minded individuals.

What Sets Breakthrough in Action Apart?
At some point or another we’ve all tried on the “one-size-fits-all regimens” such as routine, diet, exercise, and maintaining social networks. Although these practices are very helpful and may mask the symptoms for a time, they address the actions rather than the source of that action- the unique individual. Yes, it is crucial to create healthy habits; however, the truth is that these behaviors are a direct indication of our frame of mind (and no two minds on this earth are the same- therefore no two solutions can be the same). In order to create sustainable positive transformation, we need to simultaneously strengthen our emotional and mental state as well- this holistic approach is what fortifies true health for the human engine. Harnessing this engine is not only our first line of defense, but it is also the source that determines our potential, performance, resilience and happiness.
