CLINIC WILL COVER THE FOLLOWING
Come and join COS Coaching for a morning practising all the skills required for completing a triathlon.
The morning will start going through open water swim drills and how best to navigate and swim in a pack.
We will then cover transitions, how to set up your bike and gear and what to do to ensure a fast transition. We will do this for both swim to bike and bike to run.
Colin will also discuss what nutrition you need to consume during a race and how this can be vital in the later stages of the run.
Finally we will conclude with running drills and some fun swim/run races.
