Am I Eligible and Ready?
- Each race category has a minimum age requirement
- Participants should be able to comfortably complete the chosen distance in training
- First-time open water swim participants must complete the mandatory Swim Trial
- Relay and Kids categories are available for selected race formats

What Do I Need to Know About the Swim?
- The Open Water Swim applies to Triathlon categories only
- First-time open water swim participants are required to complete the mandatory Open Water Swim Trial
- An optional Open Water Swim Clinic is available to help build confidence and improve technique
- Personal safety swim buoys are allowed during the swim segment
- Swim aids (fins, paddles, snorkels) and wetsuits are not permitted

When and How Do I Collect My Race Kit?
- Race Pack Collection for local participants is scheduled before race day
- International participants may collect their race kit one day prior at the race venue
- A valid photo ID is required for all race pack collections
- A representative may collect your race pack on your behalf with an authorisation letter and a copy of your ID
- Timing chips will be issued according to race category and race-day procedures

What Do I Do on Race Morning?
- Arrive early to allow sufficient time for preparation and transition setup
- Be aware of your assigned wave start time and race category
- Follow race-day announcements and instructions from officials and marshals
- Ensure your race bib, timing chip, and required gear are correctly worn or secured
- For Triathlon participants, wear the assigned swim cap during the swim segment

What Support Is Available During the Race?
- Hydration stations, medical teams, and course marshals are positioned throughout the race
- Parts of the course remain open to the public; athletes should stay alert and follow marshal instructions at all times
- Participants are expected to follow basic on-course conduct guidelines, including:
- Displaying the race bib as required for their category
- Wearing the assigned swim cap during the swim segment (Triathlon only)
- No use of headphones or personal audio devices
- Appropriate race attire must be worn throughout the race
- If you feel unwell or require assistance, seek help from the nearest course marshal or medical personnel immediately

How Is Performance Recognised?
- Official electronic timing is provided for all competitive categories
- Results will be published online within 24 hours after the race
- E-certificates will be available within 48 hours after the race
- Awards will be presented for podium finishers by category and age group
- Selected highlight photos will be shared on TriFactorโs official Facebook page post-race
- Full event photo galleries may be available for purchase via an official third-party platform
