The signature TriFactor Cycle-Run format that reverses the traditional sequence, creating a different race experience. Ideal for athletes looking for a new challenge and develop strength in a new way.

Your Race Day Journey

What the day looks like, from arrival to finish.

PRE-RACE

Arrive prepared and stress-free.


  • Race Pack Collection is scheduled before race day

  • International participants may collect their race kit during the designated collection period prior to race day

  • Arriving early allows time for check-in, bike racking, and final preparations

  • Race bibs and wrist tags (if applicable), must be worn according to race requirements

RACE START

Know when your race begins.


  • Staggered wave starts are used to ensure a smooth and safe race flow

  • Duathlon and Cycle-Run categories will have different start sequences

  • Athletes must be present in the start area before their assigned wave time

  • Late arrivals may miss their allocated wave and may not be allowed to start

ON COURSE

Support throughout your race.


  • Fully supported course with hydration stations along the run segments

  • Medical teams and course marshals positioned throughout the route

  • Clearly marked run and bike courses with controlled race flow

  • Bike segments are non-drafting and remain open to the public; follow marshal instructions at all times

POST-RACE

Celebrate your effort and recovery.


  • Finish line support and recovery area available for all athletes

  • Awards ceremonies conducted by race category after race completion

  • Results and e-certificates released post-race via official channels

  • Race Village remains open for recovery, social time, and post-race activities

Held in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia, the race courses ride and run through predominantly flat, well-paved urban and waterfront roads, perfect for road cycling and multisport running.

Am I Eligible and Ready?

  • Multiple race categories and distances are available to suit different experience levels
  • Minimum age requirements apply for each race category
  • Participants must be able to comfortably complete the listed run and bike distances in training
  • All participants must meet the equipment requirements outlined in the Race Guide
  • If you can safely complete the distance and follow race rules, you are eligible to race

What Do I Need to Know About the Bike?

  • Participants must use their own bicycle on race day; no bike rental service is available
  • Allowed bike types include road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrid bikes, foldable bikes, and TT bikes (non-drafting)
  • Electric bikes, fixed-gear bikes, recumbent bikes, fat bikes, and any unsafe equipment are not permitted
  • A cycling helmet must be worn at all times during the bike segment
  • Bike segments are non-drafting; athletes must maintain the required distance from other riders

When and How Do I Collect My Race Kit?

  • Race Pack Collection is scheduled before race day
  • International participants may collect their race kits during the designated collection period prior to race day
  • A valid photo ID is required for all race pack collections
  • A representative may collect your race pack on your behalf with an authorisation letter and a copy of your ID
  • Timing chips will be issued according to race category and collection procedures

What Do I Do on Race Morning?

  • Arrive early to allow sufficient time for check-in, bike racking, and preparation
  • Athletes should arrive at least 45 minutes before their assigned wave start time
  • Be aware of your assigned wave and start sequence
  • Ensure your race bib is worn correctly during the run segments
  • Ensure your helmet is secured before starting the bike segment
  • Follow instructions from race officials and marshals at all times

What Support Is Available During the Race?

  • Hydration stations, medical support, and course marshals are positioned along the course
  • Parts of the course remain open to the public; athletes must stay alert and follow marshal instructions
  • Participants are expected to follow basic on-course conduct guidelines, including:
    • Wearing the race bib during run segments
    • Wearing a helmet at all times during the bike segment
    • No headphones or personal audio devices
    • No bare torso during the run
  • If you feel unwell or require assistance, approach the nearest course marshal or medical personnel

How Is Performance Recognised?

  • Official electronic timing is provided for all competitive race categories
  • Provisional results will be published online after the race
  • E-certificates will be available for download after results are released

  • Full event photo galleries may be available via an official third-party photography platform
