Am I Eligible and Ready?
- Multiple categories and distances are available to suit different experience levels
- Minimum age requirements apply for each category
- First-time Open Water Swim participants must complete the mandatory Swim Trial
- If you can comfortably complete the listed distance in training, you are eligible to race

What Do I Need to Know About the Swim?
- Open Water Swim Trial is mandatory for first-time Run-Swim participants
- An optional Open Water Swim Clinic is available for skill-building and confidence
- Personal safety swim buoys are allowed
- Swim aids (fins, paddles, snorkels) and wetsuits are not permitted

When and How Do I Collect My Race Kit?
- Race Pack Collection for locals is scheduled before race day
- International participants may collect their race kit one day prior at the race site
- A valid ID is required for all race pack collections
- A representative may collect your race pack on your behalf with an authorisation letter and a copy of your ID
- Timing chips for Run-Swim participants will be issued on race day

What Do I Do on Race Morning?
- Arrive early to allow time for check-in and preparation
- Run participants should arrive at least 30 minutes before their wave
- Run-Swim participants should arrive at least 45 minutes before their wave
- Be aware of your assigned wave start time.
- Ensure you are wearing your race bib for the run
- Ensure you are wearing your assigned swim cap for the swim

What Support Is Available During the Race?
- Hydration stations, medical support, and course marshals are present throughout the race
- The course remains open to the public; stay alert and follow marshal instructions
- Participants are expected to follow basic on-course conduct guidelines, including:
- Wearing the race bib during the run
- Wearing the assigned swim cap during the swim
- No headphones or personal audio devices
- No bare torso during the run
- If you feel unwell or require assistance, seek help from the nearest marshal or medical personnel

How Is Performance Recognised?
- Official electronic timing is provided for all competitive categories
- Results will be published online within 24 hours after the race
- E-certificates will be available within 48 hours after the race
- Awards will be presented for podium finishers by category and age group
- Selected highlight photos will be shared on TriFactorβs official Facebook page post-race
- Full event photo galleries may be available for purchase via an official third-party platform
